Grimshaw & Co is one of New Zealand’s leading law firms specialising in Litigation and Dispute Management. In order to improve efficiency and productivity throughout a period of sustained growth it decided to conduct a full review of its IT support. Designertech was recommended by VIFX, and General Manager Elizabeth Bennie was impressed by what the team offered and felt the culture was a good fit as Designertech was also an owner-operator business.

The first process was to review existing services and Elizabeth was struck by how Designertech quickly understood Grimshaw’s requirements. From the outset, there was a feeling of working as a team to always strive for the best end solution, wherever it could be found. To ensure sufficient back-up and continuity, Elizabeth requested two Designertech experts should always be available who could rotate on site and this was immediately put in place. And along with the technical support, all the servers on site have been reviewed and upgraded where necessary to improve efficiency.
